The first meeting was an introductory meeting. Teachers were discussing their roles, ground rules of the TAG, the aims and goals for further cooperation.
Teachers began their meeting with a warmer which helped to break the ice. The warmer was “My favourite…”. The teacher had fun and felt mutual understanding.
To understand what a TAG is, the role of the TAG, its aims and perspectives, teachers were supposed to watch videos about the community of practice and a TAG.
Before watching the videos, teachers filled in the KWL chart and we discussed some points.
